We’re seeking an experienced VP of Customer Success to join a fast-growing international company at the forefront of healthcare solutions. In this senior leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving customer success strategy, ensuring long-term adoption, and building trusted partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey across EMEA, from onboarding through expansion and renewal.
- Define and implement customer success processes, ensuring seamless integration, training, and adoption.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with healthcare partners.
- Develop KPIs and reporting tools to track customer outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations) to align on customer needs and strategic goals.
- Drive renewals and expansion opportunities, securing long-term value for both customers and the business.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team across EMEA.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring structured feedback informs product and service improvements.
Your Profile
- Extensive leadership experience in customer success, ideally within digital healthcare.
- Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise-level customers.
- Strong background in building and leading international teams in a dynamic, scaling organization.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with fluency in German and English.
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with regulatory landscapes (MDR, HIPAA, or similar).
- Willingness to travel within EMEA (20–30%).
