The Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end localisation projects across a wide variety of learning formats, from eLearning modules and LMS content to instructor-led training guides and multimedia. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you’ll ensure smooth, high-quality delivery while driving operational efficiency and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle, from scoping and budgets through to final delivery.

  • Instructor-led guides, manuals, and student workbooks

  • Multimedia (voice-over, animation, quizzes)

  • LMS exports, assessments, and certification tests

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and advising on localisation best practices.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on file prep, troubleshooting, and QA.

  • Lead junior colleagues and contribute to process improvements.

  • Use CAT tools (XTM Cloud, Phrase TMS) and project management systems effectively.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years’ experience in localisation project management, specifically within eLearning.

    • Proven track record managing large, multi-language, multi-market projects.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, or equivalent experience.

    • Strong IT literacy and hands-on experience with CAT tools, QA platforms, and authoring tools.

    • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.

    • A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.

    What’s On Offer

    • Lead high-profile, international projects in the fast-growing eLearning sector.

    • Join a supportive, professional environment with opportunities for growth.

    • Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days remote).
