Role Overview
This position focuses on the technical rollout and connectivity of advanced clinical reporting solutions within hospital and enterprise healthcare environments. The role requires close technical collaboration with external stakeholders to analyze system landscapes, define integration approaches, and deliver stable, compliant interfaces across heterogeneous IT ecosystems.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of clinical workflows, system interoperability, and software engineering, ensuring reliable data exchange and high-quality system behaviour in real-world healthcare settings.
Core Responsibilities
- Support and execute the technical onboarding and system connectivity of clinical reporting platforms
- Engage with customers and solution partners to explore existing system environments and identify integration needs
- Translate clinical and technical requirements into structured interface documentation
- Create detailed technical designs and verification strategies for system connectivity
- Moderate and lead technical alignment discussions in virtual and on-site settings
- Develop interface components in line with agreed specifications and internal guidelines
- Deploy, validate, and troubleshoot integrations in live customer environments
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation aligned with internal quality and audit standards
- Handle interface-related lifecycle activities such as enhancements, modifications, and platform updates
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration standards and practices
Professional Background & Technical Expertise
- Academic background in information technology, engineering, or comparable professional experience
- Strong track record in healthcare IT, particularly in diagnostic imaging and clinical information systems
- Practical experience analyzing and documenting clinical and operational workflows
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability concepts and messaging frameworks, including both proprietary and standardized approaches
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing message-based system integrations
- Advanced understanding of healthcare data exchange protocols and their real-world application
- Solid programming experience across multiple languages and technology stacks
- Familiarity with both desktop and web-based software architectures
- Practical knowledge of network-based communication mechanisms and socket-level data exchange
- Experience working with relational databases and system configuration
- Awareness of identity, access control, and user provisioning concepts
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Openness to limited travel to customer locations
